This water-in-oil sunscreen lotion provides broad spectrum sun protection. SolaStay® S1 (Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene) in HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX Plus mitigates the photocatalytic and reactive oxygen species-generating activities of the oxide. HallBrite® BHB (Butyloctyl Salicylate) in HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX Plus aids wetting and dispersion of the Titanium Dioxide and contributes to enhanced product feel. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~ 30 PFA (PPD) ~6, PA ++, performance with critical wavelength 375 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A, start mixing, add phase B with continued mixing and start heating to 75°C. |
| 2 | Add phase C into phase AB and mix well until uniform. |
| 3 | To a secondary vessel add phase D, start mixing and when fully incorporated heat to 70°C. |
| 4 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, start homogenizing phase ABC and very slowly add phase D. |
| 5 | Start to cool to room temperature and when below 50°C add phase E into phase ABCD. |
