This sun care formulation is water-resistant, preservative-free. Its combination of Biochemica® Olive Butter and Biochemica® Lime Butter softens, moisturizes and rejuvenates skin, and adds a pleasant fragrance. Olivem® 900 strengthens the formula’s waterproofing properties and helps stabilize sunscreen activity by improving the dispersion of natural UV attenuating agents. In vitro analysis confirmed SPF ~31, PFA (PPD) ~8 performance with critical wavelength 374 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel, combine and mix phase A items and heat to 75°C with mixing. |
| 2 | Add phase B to phase A with mixing and when uniform add phase C. |
| 3 | When uniform, start cooling. Stop mixing and cooling when batch is less than 55°C |
