PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | Prepare the phase A dispersing xanthan gum under stirringusing a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Warm it at 80°C; |
2 | Prepare the phase B and warm it at 75°C; |
3 | Add the phase B to the phase A under stirring using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) and homogenize it for 3 min. at 3000 rpm; |
4 | Cool down the bulk under a gentle stirring (50 -100 rpm) with an anchor pale until 40°C; |
5 | Add phase C to phase AB; |
6 | Prepare the phase D and add it to the main bulk under stirring; |
7 | Homogenize it at least 3 min at 3000 rpm. |
