HallBrite® BHB contributes to enhanced product feel. The combination of Sodium Stearate OPTM-100 V and Olivem® 900 provides a unique structure. This composition was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~34, PFA (PPD) ~12, PA +++, UVA1/UV = 0.84, performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.
PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To a second vessel, add phase A. Start mixing and heating to 75 - 80°C, and then add phase B |
| 2 | In the main vessel, add phase C. Start mixing and heating to 75 - 80°C, and then add phase D. |
| 3 | When both phases are homogenous at their designated temperature, slowly add phase AB to phase CD. |
| 4 | After 5 minutes,, start cooling with strong mixing without aeration |
| 5 | Fill product into containers. |
