PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A, start mixing and heat to 75°C. Add phase B when A is uniform. Mix until all solid dissolves. |
| 2 | Add phase C in when AB is cooled down to room temperature. |
| 3 | To a second vessel add all ingredients in phase C and mix until it turns transparent and homogeneous. |
| 4 | Add phase D into phase ABC and homogenize with 5000rpm for 3mins. |
| 5 | Adjust pH to 7-8 and homogenize with 5000rpm for another 2mins. |
