This alcohol-free sunscreen oil spray, designed for use outside the US in both skin and hair products, makes use of singlet state-quenching SolaStay® S1 to photostabilize avobenzone without octocrylene, benzophenone-3 or ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and SolaFresh™ which is a multifunctional emollient with excellent solvency, high polarity and triplet quenching properties for photostabilization. Low viscosity sunscreen solvents and emollients like HallBrite® BHB, Sensolene® Light ET, HallStar® IPM, HallStar® Octyl Isononanoate and HallTress® DIBA Special ensure Avobenzone is completely dissolved and help deliver a light emollience with non-oily after-feel. BLUE Oléoactif® contributes blue light protection. in vitro SPF ~ 32, PFA (PPD)~ 13, UVA1/UV = 0.82, Critical wavelength = 376 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Add Phase A to a secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 50°C. |
