This alcohol- and silicone- free sunscreen oil spray, designed for sun protection on skin and hair, makes use of singlet state quenching SolaStay® S1, and triplet state quenching Polycrylene® to photostabilize avobenzone, without octocrylene, benzophenoe-3, nor ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate. BLUSH Oléoactif® contributes an appealing rosy shade to the formulation and prevents inflammation. Low viscosity sunscreen solvents and emollients HallBrite® BHB, Sensolene® Light ET, HallStar® IPM, HallStar® Octyl Isononanoate and HallTress® DIBA Special ensure avobenzone is completely dissolved and help deliver a light emolliency and a non-oily afterfeel. In vitro SPF ~ 32, PFA (PPD) ~14, UVA1/UV = 0.84, Critical wavelength = 376 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Add Phase A to a secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 50°C. |
