PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Heat phase B at 40°C and stir until complete dissolution of PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, then add the preservative. |
| 2 | Add the Polyquaternium-7 to the water until complete dispersion (phase A). |
| 3 | Add phase A to phase B under gentle stirring and mix to uniformity. |
