This biphasic sunscreen spray has a light and fresh texture, and achieves stability without the use of an emulsifier. The combination of Hallstar® Octyl Isononanoate, SolaStay® S1, and HallBrite® BHB helps polarity, viscosity, and density, allowing the formation of two phases. The result is an extra liquid sunscreen spray that is very easy to apply. Sea Glass Spray can also protect hair against the drying effects of the sun. In vivo testing in a US laboratory (5 subjects) yielded static SPF 37. Colipa Guideline (2011) delivered SPF ~34 and PFA (PPD) ~11 performance. Critical wavelength = 375 nm.
Biphasic Sea Glass Spray SPF 30 is part of Hallstar Beauty’s Transparent Beauty collection of formulations.
Application – Shake before use until the two phases are evenly mixed. Do not spray directly onto the face.
