PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A, dispersing Xanthan Gum using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax) and warm it up to 75-80°C; |
| 2 | Prepare phase B, warm it up to 70-80°C, add it to phase A and then homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |
| 3 | Cool down to room temperature using under gentle stirring; |
| 4 | Add phase C and phase D using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax). |
