This light and non-greasy sunscreen lotion, free from Octinoxate, ethanol and volatile silicones, causes no whitening when applied on wet skin. HallBrite® BHB provides sunscreen solvency and emolliency. In vitro testing suggests SPF ~31, PFA (PPD) ~11 performance with critical wavelength = 377 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In a secondary vessel combine phase A and start mixing. When uniform add phase B and heat phase AB to 55 - 60°C. |
| 2 | To the main vessel add phase C, start mixing, add phase D and when dissolved add phase E with strong mixing. |
| 3 | Continue strong mixing for 20 minutes or until phase E is fully incorporated, then add phase F items and mix until uniform. |
| 4 | When both phases are homogeneous, slowly add phase AB to phase CDEF with mixing. |
| 5 | Continue mixing until batch is smooth, replacing any water lost to evaporation. |
