This mineral UV filter formulation was designed to provide SPF 50 performance. It is water resistant, preservative free, and can be customized on natural butters and oils. Biochemica® Coffee Butter soften, moisturize and rejuvenate skin and contribute a nice smell. In vitro analysis indicated SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~11 performance with critical wavelength 378 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel combine and mix phase A and heat it to 75°C with mixing. |
| 2 | Add phase B to phase A with mixing and when uniform add phase C. |
| 3 | After uniform, start cooling batch and stop mixing when it is below 60°C. |
