Biochemica® Camellia Tea Oil, naturally rich in essential fatty acids, tocopherols and polyphenols, and the multifunctional active Eurol® BT provide high antioxidant activity. PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | Prepare phase A and heat phase A up to 80-85°C, mixing with magnetic stirrer for 1 minute; |
2 | Prepare separately phase B and heat it up to 75-80°C, stirring with anchor stirrer at 250rpm; |
3 | Add very slowly the phase A to phase B with anchor stirrer at 250rpm, keeping the temperature to 80-85°C; |
4 | Stir the phase AB under anchor stirrer for 2 minutes at 250rpm; |
5 | Homogenize the phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes; |
6 | Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50 - 100rpm); |
7 | Add the ingredients of phase C one by one and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute. |
