PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | To the main vessel, with appropriate mixing and handling capabilities, add phase A, start mixing and start heating to 85°C. |
2 | Above 75°C, slowly add phase B (to prevent clumping) to phase A. |
3 | When the batch is crystal clear and completely free of undissolved phase B commence very slow cooling with strong mixing without aeration (to prevent set up of the product on the vessel walls). |
4 | At 70°C add phase C to the batch and continue mixing and fill the product when approximately 5°C above its gelation temperature. |
