This light and non-greasy sunscreen cream, free from octinoxate, oxybenzone, octocrylene, ethanol, and volatile silicones, applies to wet skin without whitening. Multifunctional cold process emulsifier Olivem® 2020 is the only emulsifier used. HallBrite® BHB provides sunscreen solvency and emolliency. Three person in vivo testing yielded static SPF 39.6 in an US lab. In vitro testing suggests SPF ~34, PFA (PPD) ~16, UVA1/UV = 0.90, and critical wavelength = 380 nm.
