PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A and warm it up to 75-80°C; |
| 2 | Prepare phase B and add it directly into the hot water phase, then mix under magnetic stirring for 3 minutes; |
| 3 | Homogenize for 1 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |
| 4 | Let the emulsion cool down under very slow stirring (50RPM); |
| 5 | Add the preservative below 40°C and adjust the pH between 6.5 - 7.00 using phase D if necessary. |
