EUphoria Sunscreen is an ultra-light lotion with an illuminating finish that offers strong protection from sunlight and high skin hydration. W/O emulsifier Olivem® 2090 contributes to obtaining a stable and easily spreadable lotion. Olivem® 900 jellifies the oil phase, giving a silky and nourishing feel. HallBrite® BHB is a sunscreen dispersant emollient which helps improve spreadability and create an elegant texture. The formula is enriched with natural active DIAM Oléoactif®, adding a very powerful anti-inflammatory action. SolaStay® S1 improves sunscreen performance, protecting avobenzone from photodegradation. PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A and heat it up to 80-85°C, mixing with magnetic stirrer; |
| 2 | Prepare phase B and heat it up to 80-85°C, stirring with anchor stirrer at 250rpm; |
| 3 | Add the ingredients of phase C to phase B and mix until homogeneous, kepping the temperature to 80-85°C; |
| 4 | Add very slowly the phase A to phase BC with anchor pale at 250rpm, keeping the temperature to 80-85°C; |
| 5 | Stir phase ABC under anchor pale for 2 minutes at 250rpm; |
| 6 | Homogenize the phase ABC, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes; |
| 7 | Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50 - 100 rpm); |
| 8 | Add the ingredients of phase D one by one, homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute. |
