PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | Prepare phase A, pre-mixing the gums with Olivem® 300 and Butylen Glycol before adding water, then heat it to 80-85°C; |
2 | Add phase B to phase A under stirring, keeping the temperature to 75-80°C; |
3 | Heat phase C to 75-80°C and add to phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes; |
4 | Cool down to room temperature while gentle stirring; |
5 | Add the ingredients of phase D to phase ABC one by one, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson); |
6 | Add phase E to phase ABCD, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes; |
7 | Add phase F to phase ABCDE, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute; |
8 | Add phase G to the main vasel (0.02%) using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute. |
