PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Into a suitable vessel equipped with heating, cooling and agitation, add phase A and start heating to 70-75°C. |
| 2 | When above phase A is above 60°C, add phase B to it. |
| 3 | In a separate vessel, combine oil phase C and heat to 73-77°C with mixing. |
| 4 | When both phases are fully homogeneous add phase C to phase AB with good agitation. |
| 5 | Emulsify with strong mixing without aeration for 10 minutes. |
| 6 | With continued moderate mixing, start cooling to room temperature. |
| 7 | Adjust for water loss and when uniform perform final quality checks. |
