PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | In the main vessel add liquids of phase A, start mixing and disperse solids with strong mixing. |
2 | Heat dispersion with gentle mixing to 75°C, add phase B in phase A and mix until uniform. |
3 | To a secondary vessel add phase C, start mixing and heat to 80°C. Add phase D and mix until uniform. |
4 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, add phase CD to phase AB. |
5 | Strong mix ABCD for 3 minutes and then cool batch. |
6 | When batch is below 50°C add phase E with mixing, replace any water lost and mix until smooth. |
