Precious Body Butter is a moisturizing and soothing body butter based on functional ingredients that were specially chosen to leave the skin soft and healthy. The formula, suitable for all skin types, was developed with Olivem® 2090 which helps create a rich formula with a very pleasant after-feel. Sensolene® and Sensolene® Light ET nourish the epidermis, restoring its natural softness and elasticity; Biochemica® butters help to combat dehydration and maintain a healthy and youthful liveliness, leaving skin totally rebalanced and hydrated.
PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A and stir with magnetic stirrer for 1 minute; |
| 2 | Heat phase A up to 80-85°C; |
| 3 | Prepare phase B and stir with anchor pale at 250rpm; |
| 4 | Heat phase B up to 75-80°C; |
| 5 | Add very slowly phase A to phase B with anchor pale at 250rpm; |
| 6 | Stir phase AB under anchor pale for 2 minutes at 250rpm; |
| 7 | Homogenize the phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes; |
| 8 | Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50 - 100 rpm); |
| 9 | Add phase C homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute. |
