PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel prepare phase A and heat to 80-85°C; |
| 2 | Add the Olivem® 1000 flakes (phase B) directly into phase A, under magnetic stirring; |
| 3 | Stir for 3 minutes and then homogenize for 1 minute, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson); |
| 4 | In a secondary vessel prepare phase C and heat it to 75°C; |
| 5 | Add phase C to phase AB and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson); |
| 6 | Cool under gentle stirring; |
| 7 | Add the ingredients of phase D and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
