PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Combine phase A and heat to 40°C, mixing until complete solution is achieved; |
| 2 | Add phase B items to phase A and when fully dissolved add cold (unheated) phase C; |
| 3 | Adjust pH with phase D and mix until homogeneous. |
