This water-in-oil sunscreen lotion provides broad spectrum sun protection without using organic UV filters. The amazing, photostabilizing, anti-aging ingredient, SolaStay® S1, mitigates the photocatalytic and reactive oxygen species-generating activities of the oxides.
This formula was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~26 performance with critical wavelength 379 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A and start mixing, disperse phase B and heat phase AB to 70°C. |
| 2 | Add phase C to phase AB, and mix well until uniform. |
| 3 | To a secondary vessel add phase D, start mixing and, when fully incorporated, heat phase D to 50°C. |
| 4 | When both phases are homogenous, start homogenizing phase ABC and very slowly add phase D to it. |
| 5 | When uniform in consistency and appearance cool batch towards room temperature. |
